Mark Burris — President Mark is the President of both Redwood Empire Wine Storage and Eagle Transportation. “Our business concept is pretty simple — quality sells and that, with service to our customers and their needs, is first and foremost. If I were to sum up our success working and meeting the needs of our customers in the wine industry, it would have to be the dedicated hard work and devotion of the employees of Eagle Transportation and Redwood Empire Wine Storage. Without the employees and the dedicated partners that I have in both companies, this would all be a moot point. For that I am grateful, because it is their drive and dedication that motivates me and gets me excited about working in this industry.”

Lynn Galeazzi DeVries Lynn started Redwood Empire Wine Storage in 1991. She handles all compliance issues and accounting for the company. “I love taking ownership of our compliance and inventory because it’s something that’s commonly taken for granted, yet it is one of the most important facets of our business.”

Lynn enjoys the business world though the influence of her father. She has adopted his pragmatic approach to business and the importance of service to both customers and employees. “Our employees are like family to us and words just simply can’t describe how much we appreciate their dedication.”

Lynn and her Dad have a combined 60 years in business in Sonoma County. When not working, Lynn and her husband Pete enjoy traveling, especially to tropical climates. Her other passion is her animals. Lynn has one horse, three dogs and a goat named Billie.

Lori Galeazzi-Hafner Lori has been involved with Eagle Transportation the company started by her father, since 1977 and became an owner in 1979. Lori learned the business at her father’s side and was schooled in the importance of customer service; looking after customers and employees. She now handles the accounting for the company.

Lori is married with 2 sons. Justin is a college graduate who lives in Phoenix and works for Chase Bank and her younger son John (nicknamed Gianni) who’s in elementary school. Family oriented, Lori particularly enjoys golfing with husband John, and spending time with her boys.

Jeannette Moneymaker — Director of Operations Jeannette has been with the company since 1992 and has been an integral part of the growth of both companies. Jeannette wears many hats; her primary responsibility is manager of office and warehouse operations. She’s also responsible for providing support to the dispatcher and owners and is usually the first point of contact with customers and vendors. After hours you can find her involved with her children’s sports.

Mike Brady — Eagle Dispatcher/Operations Manager Mike has been in the trucking business since he was 15 years old. He started out as a driver for Eagle Transportation in 1990 and was later promoted to manager in charge of transportation in 1997. Mike’s extensive knowledge of the trucking business is what makes Eagle Transportation one of the most reliable trucking companies in Sonoma County. In his spare time, Mike enjoys abalone diving and riding his Harley.

William E. McDowell — Marketing and Fulfillment Director With genealogy being a passion for Will McDowell, he is eager to tell you of his ancestors’ arrival in Sonoma County in 1846. His maternal great grandparents settled on the Westside of the Russian River below what was to become Healdsburg. The family lineage eventually extended across the river to the Eastside where Will grew up surrounded by prune orchards. As the orchards turned to vineyards, he became witness to the birth of the modern day Sonoma County wine industry. Will’s career in the wine business began when the legendary winemaker Rodney Strong acquired the home ranch upon which he lived. He has worked in the wine business ever since and now those many years of experience are being fully utilized in the expanding services being offered by Redwood.

Coco — Office Dog She is a 3 year old Shih Tzu who loves coming to work with her Mom Lynn whenever she can. Coco tells her Mom every morning that she wants to come to the office to visit. She's a joy to have and is a welcome addition to the office.

Brandi — Office Dog Brandi was adopted by Mark and is the newest addition to the family. She is a Yorkie rescue dog and is 2 years old. Brandi was immediately comfortable in the office and has taken over as the queen of the office. Brandi is a happy girl and we love having her here.
